1. Refund Policy
1.1. All bookings are final and non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling is not permitted as a customer right. Any rescheduling, if considered, is purely optional and at the sole discretion of the management.
1.2.No refund will be provided once the booking is done.
1.3. In the event of technical interruptions from our side, an appropriate refund will be processed.
1.4. If there is a failure in the functioning of the projector, laptop, internet access, or sound system, we will reimburse the paid amount after deducting rent for the period of time used before the interruption.
2. Theatre Rules and Usage Guidelines
2.1. No cake is allowed inside the theatre if the booking is without a decoration option.
2.2. We provide access to OTT platforms like Amazon Prime and Netflix, allowing customers to watch any available content.
2.3. Illegal or prohibited content is strictly forbidden. We take no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from streaming such content. Customers found violating this will be banned from future bookings.
2.4. Illegal content and activities are strictly prohibited. Violators will face a ban from future bookings and legal consequences.
2.5. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal items are strictly prohibited inside the theatre premises.
3. ID Proof
3.1. Customers must carry valid ID proof such as Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport.
3.2. PAN cards, college IDs, and work IDs are not acceptable forms of identification.
3.3. For Couples must be 18+ age and please carry valid ID proof. without ID the slot will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
4. Liability Disclaimer
4.1. Customers are fully responsible for their personal belongings. We will not be liable for any loss or theft.
4.2. Customers must vacate the theatre with all their belongings on or before the end time of their booking.
4.3. No modifications to the technical equipment are allowed by customers.
5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
5.1. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds, date changes, or timing adjustments are permitted as per the refund policy.
6. Cleanliness and Damage Policy
6.1. Customers must maintain cleanliness inside the theatre and its premises. Do not throw cakes, food, or beverages on the floor.
6.2. The use of blasters, poppers, snow spray, fireworks, or similar items is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused during the booking will result in a minimum fine of ₹1,000, with further charges based on the cost of damaged items. Cleaning charges will also apply if necessary.
